Avoid It
On the day when we went to see the center, in order to secure our enrollment, one of the educators said - 'You can drop / pick up at any time between 7 AM - 7 PM'
After the first few days, [redacted personal identifier] started winging, saying you can only drop her before 10 AM and only then you can get the Centrelink benefit for child care rebate / benefit, which I found out later was complete [redacted offensive language]
If they only want kids to be dropped before a specific time, they should be honest about it on the day when people visit your center.
Also my daughter used to be upset many times when we used to pick her up.
Normally, she would run to her mom / dad when they come to pick her up but many times she would just be very quiet and not show any emotions even after taking her home and playing with her. She would just be muted for the next day or two after going home that day. She wouldn't play as she normally would as if she was in some shock. We suspect there was some bullying that happened to her and she was not protected or taken care of at that time.
We also noticed, that 60% of the kids there are always having cold and runny nose.
The educators don't even bother to wipe their nose there.
Unfortunately, my little one got the problem of 'Adenoids' because of frequent infections from this day care. Now she cannot breathe by her nose and may have to undergo a surgery to remove the adenoids which have enlarged.
As a genuine advice from a father, I think you should avoid this day care.
This child care does not provide any daily / weekly reports of activities performed by the kids. There is just 1 report / year / kid.
Unfortunately, we ended up changing her day care.
