My family has been attending this clinic for many years. We can't always see the doctor of choice, but there is always another one available if it's urgent. The doctors and staff are professional and caring. Parking is tight, though. (I use the nearby supermarket park). On-line booking makes making an appointment so easy - you can always see who is available at the times you want. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation.

I made an appointment with Dr Zimmerman last month, what a fantastic, caring person. He took his time with me, my appointment went well into 30 minutes, yet he was in no hurry to push me out the door. He listened to what i had to say and has now ordered more tests. I have found all the doctors I have visited at this clinic have been very caring and never rushed.

This really is a great Medical Centre, if I am unable to see my usual doctor I always have a great choice of another. Mr Rose is my first choice, always takes his time to listen and any medication prescribed works every time. I was back the other week for a migraine prescription, not worries, checked me out and handed me the script. Very friendly, caring medical centre.

I usually go here when I need to see a doctor, I have found all the doctors I have seen have been great, they take there time and listen to everything I have to say, to pushing me out the door like many other clinics do. The waiting room is very spacious and cater for families with children, supply them with toys. The only thing I have been disappointed with is one of the ladies at reception, she is quite grumpy, seems annoyed every time I am there, even at 9am, how can you start your day grumpy when you are working in a medical clinic. I always try to avoid here.

This is were all of my family go when in need of a doctor. My son was in need recently so I called and managed to get him in on the same day with the doctor i requested. It is not often that this occurs as they are usually so busy. Upon arriving and checking in with the receptionist, we only had to wait about 5 minutes and he was in.

Have been back to this Medical Centre a few times since my last review, the ladies at the reception desk have always greeted me with a smile and been very pleasant and helpful. Sometimes I have had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my appointment, but at least when the doctor does see you, they take there time, no rushing at all. I like the fact you can have your blood tests done here and do not have to make an appointment to find out the results, you just call 4 days later. If there are any issues then the doctor calls you regarding your results. I just found out yesterday that the specialist my son needs to make an appointment with in the city will actually see him in this clinic. Which is great because it saves us going into town for an appointment. Overall, I think this is a fabulous clinic with very friendly, caring doctors. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My family have been seeing these doctors for many years now (there were originally based in Mount Barker). They are the friendliest most understanding Doctors I have ever had any appointment with - and there have been a few. They take their time with you, no rushing you out the door - as many others do. I have recommended them to many friends and would never think of trying another Medical Centre.

I did not find it that friendly, don't enjoy going there, went there because my regular Doctor was away. The parking is a little tight and difficult. Have been there to see specialists though instead of going down town, handy that way. However they did not want me to phone for test results they instead required me to make another appointment. Should of instead said to make another appointment when I phoned up about them if they needed to see me again. As expected there was not a problem with the tests, but I had to pay for another appointment.

I have mixed feelings about this medical centre. I have found the doctors to be good, some of them excellent. However, I struggle to like the clinic in general. The reception staff greet you without a smile and you feel like you are one in a long line of people, not a valued client. The waiting room is large with nice play areas for children but I really don't like the large TV screen playing adverts for local businesses and information and rules for attending the clinic. It feels tacky having in-clinic advertising and I dislike being preached to constantly about the do's and don'ts for attending the clinic. I don't mind waiting to see a good doctor but it can be frustrating to wait 45 minutes and then be told that there is an emergency underway. I would have had the opportunity to reschedule if I'd known that when I checked in at the front desk.
Overall, I don't feel like a valued client but with such a shortage of doctors in the hills, I don't have a great deal of choice.
