I have been attending Adrian's classes since he had the small gym near my house. It is a shame it closed down but Adrian still offers outdoor training. His classes are great, you work up a sweat for sure!

Adrian is a great personal trainer who really focusses on your individual strengths and weaknesses. It is a shame the studio closed down, but great that he continues to do training at parks etc
