Good gelato, but nothing to boast about. The staff were slow and unpleasant. I don't think I will be coming back after this experience.
Decent gelato place, but you would be better off going to Lygon St. Wide variety of flavours, but I think the taste is better elsewhere

Poor, sloppy service ruined by experience. I asked for Watermelon, Mango & Cantalope flavours. Unfortunately, the gelato (containing dairy and other foreign items) kept in a separate glass cabinet had managed to become mixed up with the fruit sorbets.
I think they managed this by moving one of the servers/scoops across.
I DO NOT LIKE FINDING CHOCOLATE/COCONUT GELATO BITS, IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MANGO SORBET.
Hi Rosep1, complaints on WOMO (and other rating websites) appear to be identical in nature. This type of unprofessionalism simply should not occur in this day and age. After all, with the rising incidence of allergy/intolerance, such sloppiness places patrons at risk of potential injury (or death) and the business in a serious legal conundrum. Hopefully, those who have experienced this will discuss their concerns with management, so that they may be given the opportunity to lift their game. Thanks for another useful review! Reeces .
Nice range of flavours, and a reasonable price range.
Just beware when they seem busy.
You may end up with foreign matter/favour in your gelato, other than what you ordered.

There are some asian-inspired flavours on offer and my favourite would have to be the yam icecream or warm soy milk! Staff are friendly and prices are around the $3.50-$4 mark for one scoop.
