Kim was great. we arrived late at the open home and she did not rush us at all. She took the time to show us around and then gave us our space.
Unfortunately we had a terrible situation happen with the banks at settlement time. Kim stayed calm and helped not only us but the Vendor through the entire situation. Offering reassurance when we were 2 weeks late on the settlement date

Has excellent contacts with inspectors, engineers, trades man and council -all relevant people to make the sales go through smoothly. Very tenacious in the negotiation process. A few times I thought the settlement would not succeed but he was relentless in clearing the hurdles. Thank you very much Tom.
