I had so much back and neck problems and David gave me a sequence of exercises which helped me very much. I recommend calling him to make an appointment.

The gym is satisfactory but the aqua aerobics is great, they have morning as well as eveing classes. Also they have good pool and the centre provide 10 passes / 20 passes.
