I have rented through a few different real estates and have never had any issues until this one. They do not keep maintenance up with the property you have to constantly chance them down for things to be repaired. The leave repairs unseen to until the repair gets a lot worse them you blame you for it even though you have called them and told them about it you have emailed them about it you have even shown them in inspections about it. In the end i have had to go to the rta and i am not the only one in my building that has had to go to the rta about this real estate. I will never rent nor buy through them again.

I experienced several unsatisfactory property managers and had some nightmare expereinces before switching. They are fantastic because they are proactive and highly efficient. They organise the property inspections and send me the report, they organise rental increases, the rent is paid on time every month and nothing is too much trouble - all done without any input from me. My property is kept in excellent condition which helps keep up the value. I have complete trust in them becasue they are so switched on and efficient. In fact I don't even think about the property anymore until the bills come and remind me. Service like this is vital especially when you don't live anywhere near the property, and peace of mind is priceless. They get a big thumbs up from me. Update 2016, this company no longer gets my endorsement. They were not doing a proper job of managing my property, did not want not listen to my concerns or lift their game
