Terribly expensive. Rude, leave their mess and unprofessional in their manner and communication! They installed something they knew was too short. Never pointed it out I had to. Lack of communication. Bring their dogs to private residential properties. Absolute lack of manners and leave their mess behind them! DO NOT USE!

Had a flyer through the letterbox advertising '24 Hour Emergency Service'. Rang the given number several times only to receive the message "the number you rang is unavailable or switched off". So much for an EMERGENCY SERVICE !!!! It appears your emergency must NOT occur on a Friday as another reviewer mentioned.

A wonderful organisation, I had a blocked drain and no hot water.
The team have gone out of their way to assist me.
Punctual, clear about options / pricing /council requirements.
They did a professional job , ensuring all rubbish and broken appliances, pipes etc. were taken away and the area cleared.
I can not speak highly enough of the service I have received.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them .

OMG superior knowledge up and above any plumber of my 25 years and 10 plumbers later to water proof our property, nothing is a problem. Outstanding excellent prompt service. If you want the job done right the first time then these are the plumbers you call, hand on heart I highly recommend - why did it take me so long to find them.

Just called these guys now (Friday 3.45pm) with a little job - young fellow coming over shortly to help us out (home plumbing fail!). What top service!!!!

Totally unreliable! Called days in advance, made an appointment to have them do a quote, they didn't turn up, no message left, no further follow up calls or any form of apology either. So glad I wasted my lunch hour ... NOT! Obviously they're making so much money that Friday afternoon quotes don't matter. Wouldn't use or recommend AT ALL! Deplorable treatment of potential clients ... still really angry!

I rarely write reviews but in this case I felt compelled or even obligated to do so, such was the outstanding service provided by Liam, Toni and all the staff at LJM Plumbing & Drainage. We had a completely blocked sewer drain located in a difficult spot to access and after 6 days and several plumbers having attended our property we still had no resolution in sight. It just all seemed to hard for the other companies. They either never supplied a quote or even worse, supplied a quote with a grossly inflated cost, which is something you have to watch out for when you are in these situations. We were almost resigned to the fact that the problem was either to hard or to costly to repair and would never be fixed. Our home looked destined to be a campsite from now on. Thankfully we then called LJM Plumbing. I wish we had called them first!!!!! Liam arrived within a couple of hours at 2.30pm and immediately put our minds at ease. He supplied us with what can only be described as an extremely reasonable and honest quote, which showed us just how incompetent or dishonest the other companies were. He promised to be back at 9.00am in morning and sure enough, the following day our doorbell rang a 9.00am on the dot. The guy's got straight down to business and located the issue within about 30 minutes and had it fixed by 2.00pm. So within the space of 24 hours LJM Plumbing & Drainage had fixed a major problem with an essential service that we had endured for a week. And the quality of service and workmanship was second to none! I would not hesitate to recommend LJM Plumbing & Drainage to anyone and have already begun actively spreading the word to my friends and family. Furthermore, if you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in an emergency situation like ours, I would implore you to call LJM Plumbing & Drainage first to ensure you avoid the delays or disappointment that may be provided by incompetent or dishonest companies that try and take advantage of your desperate situation. Due to the outstanding service and very reasonable price that LJM Plumbing & Draining have provided, I am now looking at doing some other work around the home that I have been putting off for years. Next up, a new roof. I will certainly be using their services for this and any other plumbing work that I need done in the future. So to Liam, Toni and all of the staff at LJM Plumbing & Drainage, thank you so much for all of your help. I will be a customer for life!

Great service fellas you were fast and did a great job

Just over a week ago, my hot water system decided to call it quits and I came home to water continuously flowing out from it. It had died. :( Not ever having a plumbing emergency before I didn't know who to call, so I looked up True Local and the first company I saw was LJM Plumbing & Drainage. I had a quick look at the reviews which was positive and called. Thanks to Liam and Toni for their understanding, and very professional manner with dealing with my emergency. Liam was able to attend and assess the damage first thing the next morning and provided a quote to replace it. I am so grateful of their efficient service. Andrew was able to install the new hot water system early the next day working around a time that suited me. Thanks to LJM for ensuring a quick turn around and no more having to boil jugs of water to ensure I had a warm bath in the middle of winter.! Great job! I will readily recommend your services to anyone who needs help with plumbing & drainage.
