I had such a great experience at Logan’s! I’m a beginner guitar player and so I went in to look for my first guitar. I was helped by Joel and he helped me get everything I needed, super efficient and friendly.

I had excellent experience with this shop recently. I purchased Yamaha YDP 164 digital piano for my girlfriend. The item arrived very quickly and the team from the shop followed up and made sure that everything is right.

Worst customer service ever. Purchased an item online. Drove an hr to get there to collect it . They tried to pull wool over my eyes by handing over a different one of the item I purchased. Told me the one I bought was given to someone else when questioned about it. Then said we would receive one delivered a few days later. When we went home they had refunded us. So they lied to get us out of the store. The owner is arrogant and the staff follow suit. Husband tried calling a few times and they would decline the call (they must have caller ID) however when he called on private number to get through they answered straight away!!! IF YOU WANT TO BE SENT ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE!
THEN THESE GUYS WIN HANDS UP!!
All this a few weeks from XMAS!
Now that promised gift is unable to be delivered to the awaiting CHILD....

I was searching the internet for guitars and I came across Logans. I searched their website and decided to introduce myself. The whole Logan family are so nice and helpful. They go out of their way and give you personalised service. I was and still am treated wondefully. Five out of five for service, even the staff at Logan's are so cool and helpful and their prices are great.

I recently went into Logans Music in Burwood, Looking for a guitar for my son. He is a beginner and not knowing much myself, I found the staff to be very approachable and knowledgable. "Chris" spent a long time running through all the options available. We ending up purchasing a Takamine guitar which he is very happy with. We got a great deal on the guitar and case to go with it. I would recommend this store to anyone who is interested in guitars or looking to get a new instrument at a great price.

This music shop has many instruments, with well known brands such as Yamaha. The prices are great, and the staff are quite friendly. I also buy alot of sheet music, or music books from this store.

This little shop tucked away on Burwood Rd has always been my 'go to' place for my musical needs. Over the years I've purchased a range of keyboards, guitars, music stands and sheet music and they've always stocked what I'm looking for. However, their prices are not cheap. Although it is quite a small shop, they've manage to fit in a wide range of products without making it feel to squishy to walk into. As far as customer service goes, I'm quite happy with what they offer. The staff greet you when you enter the store, but aren't too pushy to make a sale. The store is usually quite empty customer wise, however when it does get busy (more than 5 people) I've often found it difficult to get a staff member to help me out. With good quality products I'd happily continue to shop here and recommend these guys.

I've been in this store many times as they have a good selection of violin related items, and I've spent well over $1000 with them. However I find the staff to be very unfriendly and unhelpful. As a professional musician who spends a significant amount of money every year I felt like my presence was an inconvenience to them. I can't imagine how they treat non-professionals. As a result I've taken most of my business elsewhere.

Their print music department is good, I always order the music books from them, they always follow up my order, very good service! However, I don't like their piano section, the owner (man) is very rude....

Its a nice store which has had its share of history. They have a good range of instruments, sheet music, accessories etc. They also have a discount bin, however, most of the items are standard pricing.
