Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

A Northern Beaches client called our 24/7 emergency line at 11:40 pm after losing power and smelling burning near the switchboard. We attended that night, isolated the affected circuit, found a heat-damaged connection, replaced the faulty components, then tested the circuits under load before restoring power. They had the essentials back on safely and a clear plan for the follow-up work in the morning.
