Ordered a Logitech computer mouse online with free postage after researching product and price.
Placed the order and paid 1.15pm 24/09/2013 (Melbourne) received shipment/tracking email 7.27pm 24/09/2013 and received mouse 2pm 25/09/2013.
Product was well packed and as described, very happy with all aspects of the purchase.

Great service via email or phone, some products have recalls... The cordless mouse i bought, ihave had absolutly no troubles with whatso ever, they told me to ring the number on their reciept if i had any dramas, overall great service and very satisfied with Logitech

They sell the cheapest logitech products, unfortunately, their customer service is very cheap too - it's horrendous. They didn't want to give their contact number, what kind of business is that? The only communications was through emails and they were very slow in responding to the emails. They did reply back by phone; on the weekends - but NOT providing any answers to our questions/enquiries! Will definitely warn all my friends for NOT doing any business with Logitechshop.
