Excellent service from Rob, timely and efficient. Had to do a trip to Brisbane with my baby- great cost for what you get. Seat, hire and installation with friendly service. Can't recommend enough if you need to hire baby gear while in Brisbane!

The friendliest, affordable, most effieciant company around!!! I made a phone call on a weekend in desperate need for a car seat installation and they were there in an hour, SO thorough and professional and didn’t changed an arm and a leg. HIGHLY recommend these guys!!
The owner has refunded our money. The miscommunication has been resolved. The owner is an honest businessman.
Shame this customer didn't update this review as the deposit was left where stated, customer changed the pick up at the last moment and leaving the deposit seemed to be the most efficient way return the deposit - we no longer do this as this method isn't reliable. After their initial complaint, the money was retrieved where we had left it and it was handed back in person. As most business we aren't perfect, but we do learn quick!

This business let us down, giving less than 24 hours notice that they had car trouble & wouldn't be delivering the car seat we'd booked & paid for. They had no back up plan, very unprofessional & disappointing!
Yes another case where we learned the hard way not to rely on others to do our work. We had an alternative driver lined up and they let us down. So this was definitely a case where we had let a customer down. We did contact the customer and apologized.
We hired a twin stroller, 2 car seats and a bag of beach toys from Lollipops Baby Hire when we stayed at the Gold Coast for a week. Robert was very friendly and delivered the equipment to our hire car at the airport where he installed the car seats for us. Even though there was a bit of a mix up on our part, Robert was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended to anyone travelling with young kids and not wanting to have to bring all of the travel equipment with you - it really was so much easier to have it all there in the hire car waiting for us.
