I recently went to Lombards to purchase party goods. The staff are shocking! People were waiting with 1 girl serving whilst another 2 sales people walked around! I ordered a helium tank to blow up 40 balloons and the tank only blew up 20. They did refund my money for the error. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills.
Great place for finding party decorations and costumes, they even stock baby shower items that are impossible to find any where else. Staffed by young employees make sure you aks for help if you need it as they may not approach you.

Everything from the quality of the products I buy to the staff are in tip top form! Its so refreshing to walk into a business and be greeted without being pressured to buy anything. Staff are friendly, and helpful
