Great service from booking through to the care and follow up. I cannot recommend Lonely Pets Club more for care of my most important family members. It brought me alot of peace of mind. Thank you LPC!

Friendly staff, great value (it worked out cheaper to have my two cats looked after in their own home than to place them in a cattery, as well as looking after the cats the carer watered my plants, fed my fish, brought in my mail and put out my bins).

Very happy with this service - peace of mind to know our chooks and guinea pigs well looked after while we were away. Carer happy to tailor care to suit pets' quirks. Also collected mail and brought bins in - fabulous!

It was clear that the carer the Lonely Pets Club sent us (to look after my cat and dog for the xmas break) likes animals and my dog in particular warmed to him immediately. That's what was most important to me. I also found the service affordable and very easy to deal with in terms of making contact, bookings, etc

This is a brilliant business, it takes all the worry about going away and leaving my pets alone. Cats are very territorial, so putting them in a cattery or boarding them at the vet is about the most stressful thing you can do to them. Lonely Pets folk come to your home and look after your pets there. I've gone away for a few days, once it was a full month, and they have faithfully visited, fed the cats and changed the litter trays, and spent time playing with them, and also collected the mail, dealt with the rubbish, and if I wanted, watered a few plants. I like the litter to be changed every day, but you can arrange for them to visit less often. When I had a sick cat , I arranged for them to come twice a day to give her her tablets. The current carer for my area (Ascot Vale) sends me a text message after the first or second visit to let me know that all is well, which is very reassuring. Once I had to race to northern NSW because of illness in my family; I grabbed a few things, locked up the house, left the key in the usual place, and rang from the airport in Sydney to arrange for Lonely Pets to take care of the cats, for what turned out to be three weeks. My one less-good experience was that one carer left the house unlocked after her last visit (that's once out of six years of using this service at least three times every year); she also fed a neighbour's cat at my house, and it came around howling at that time every day for about a week til it realised I wasn't going to carry on the tradition. My impression is that that carer isn't working for Lonely Pets any more. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent service from the booking staff to the petsitter. I went away on holiday and felt so comfortable knowing my pets & home was cared for by a lovely, professional lady who not only made me feel like i had known her for years but someone who had personal experience with similar pets. I love this business & highly recommend them.

I was able to go away on holidays feeling completely at ease, knowing my pet was in capable hands while I was away. Will be recommending this service to family, friends and collegues.

So good we have recommended this service to our friends. This was the first time our puppy was left alone for any length of time and we came back to find him healthy happy and clean. The carer was very pleasant and obviously has an affinity for animals. Ours took to her straight away. Very happy with this service.
