I've always got an appointment, even at short notice and I never have to wait very long. They are always friendly and great with my 2 year old son.

Bulk billing medical practice. I've seen Dr Wang a couple of times and she's been very friendly and helpful. I've also seen a male doctor there and he was perhaps a little dismissive of my concerns.
Reception staff are nice. I've always been able to get an appointment time at fairly short notice. The waiting room could do with a bit of a facelift as it's pretty tired looking. For a blood test etc you need to go to a pathology lab which isn't as convenient as having it done onsite.
