I contacted this service after reading all the glowing reviews when looking for a boarding kennel for my dogs. I'd never considered leaving them at home with someone just popping in to look after them before, but the reviews I read convinced me to give lonely pets club a try.
I called the office to discuss the particular needs of my dogs and the woman I spoke to was so incredibly helpful that I was easily convinced to give them a try.
I was able to get the dog sitter to visit my home the very next day for an initial chat. The sitter was genuinely caring of my dogs and I was very reassured by the whole process.
While I was away I even got a call from the sitter to seek my approval for a small change to the care of my dogs which was great.
I will definitely use this service again as a convenient and cost effective alternative to a boarding kennel.

Froot Salad provides home delivered fruit and vegetables. Delivery is free when you order $30 or more and will be delivered the following day if you order it by 2pm. The delivery can be left at your housed even if you're not home. You can order mixed boxes of fruit and/or vegetables, or you can order the specific products you like.
The produce is normally of a great quality, although I've had a couple of occasions where it wasn't quite as good as I would like. Once I complained about the quality of a bag of peaches, and my concerns were addressed immediately, with a credit provided to my account. Given that you order the produce by weight, I've never found any of the amounts to be less than I ordered, rather they are commonly substantially greater (for no extra cost), making for great value.
For convenience, ordering fresh produce online that's waiting for you when you get home is fantastic.

I attended this service as a Noble Dentist customer. I saw Dr Ron Barber who gave me a checkup, clean and x-rays. He identified a small filling that I would need to return to have filled. He also commented that my front tooth which was chipped should be fixed when I return. I told him I was happy with the small chip that had been there since I was a child and which is barely noticeable. Despite me telling him on no less than 3 occasions that I didn't want the tooth fixed, he dismissed my objections by saying, 'No, no, we'll just fix that and make you more symmetrical'.
I'm concerned that a dentist may try to do what they want (for cosmetic reasons) rather than what I want. Given that I was very clear that I didn't want my tooth fixed, I have no intention of returning.

Bulk billing medical practice. I've seen Dr Wang a couple of times and she's been very friendly and helpful. I've also seen a male doctor there and he was perhaps a little dismissive of my concerns.
Reception staff are nice. I've always been able to get an appointment time at fairly short notice. The waiting room could do with a bit of a facelift as it's pretty tired looking. For a blood test etc you need to go to a pathology lab which isn't as convenient as having it done onsite.

A beautiful place to stay in Hepburn Springs. Self contained apartment set in a gorgeous bushland setting. We saw wallabies in the yard, but just a few minutes from Daylesford.
The villa is clean and modern with a lovely wood stove. Such a lovely way to spend the weekend.

This Vietnamese restaurant has amazing food for a great price. There's a good range of vegetarian dishes, but it's impossible to go past the peanut satay vegetables.
The interior is a bit dated - not exactly fine dining - but it's cheap and delicious.

This IGA is really convenient for when you get off the train after work and has a great range of supplies for when you just need a few things. The prices are pretty reasonable for a 'convenience' type shop, but the best thing about shopping here is that the staff are always so friendly and you never have to wait long to be served.

All the vets here, and the nurses, are fantastic and show great care towards my dogs. They're very thorough, and helpful, and will even provide assistance over the phone. They never pressure me into vaccinations, treatments or products that I don't need - instead they provide me a balanced and informative view so that I can make informed decisions. They're happy to answer all my questions, and I get a reminder postcard everytime our annual checkup is due.

Great tasting fish 'n' chips by the beach. The chips are always well cooked and never soggy, which in some places is a rarity. During summer there's always a cue so it helps to phone ahead.

Brown Rice is the most incredibly popular place to eat in the area - it's busy every night. Despite sometimes having to wait for a table if you don't have a booking, it's worth the wait.
The food is always delicious (there are a number of yummy vegetarian options - love the green curry). The staff are friendly. It's BYO. The decor is very contemporary. I've enjoyed this place for a romantic dinner, dinner with friends, or large birthday dinner.
Always a favourite.
