Her showroom was a truly professional experience, from the moment we meet, to the day I picked my gown up!! her advice and attention to detail was so classy and polished!!
It took 14 weeks to make my custom make dress from 3 pictures I pulled together. When I tried my gown on for the first time it fitted like a glove!!... Perfect!! At the final fitting 3 days before the wedding, pins were still in the hems. Walking was difficult as the dress was too long. Tripping was inevitable!
D began cutting the inner silk and tuille hems to try and shorten the dress whilst the dress was on. This continued for over an hour. It was 10pm Wednesday evening. The wedding was the following Saturday. I asked to have the hems tidied up (as the were jagged) and then sewn (hemmed). D designs, but does not sew. No possibility of further alterations as the sewing person was not available until the following week (after the wedding)

I found D to be a very lovely person who did not produce the wedding dress as was agreed upon. The offer of fixing the dress AFTER the wedding was pathetic. Insisting on full payment of over $3500 with no reduction was unusual and really disappointing.

I have thought very carefully about this rating. In contrast to the above comments we have given the celebrant, wedding planner, marquee people, caterers, waiters and drinks staff, florist, wedding car hire company and driver, and the gardener excellent reviews.

I’m so truly blessed I found this lady, her attention to detail was outstanding!! no pushy, made to measure, she made me fell so comfortable for start to finish, Deanne had over 30 stylish BEAUTIFY MADE gowns!! Better than any shop I visited!!!!..... My experience was so well guided, every 2 weeks I would receive an e-mail on a wedding topic!!... On about the 14 week I received image of the gown being worked on in the last staged, when I tried my gown on for the first time it fit be beautiful. Just a hem alteration!!! Thank you so much Deanne, your show room was amazing! you serves amazing your gowns amazing!!...

Be very cautious when using this service. The gown design is beautiful and the business owner presents a professional front. But unfortunately the dressmaking process and communication is very poorly organised, and resulted in me seeing my dress (incomplete) for the first time 3 weeks before my wedding. I tried to hurry along this process, but was told to relax.

The dress at this time was unfinished (sleeves needed to be added, too long-couldn’t walk without tripping), so alterations had to be made. This was still not complete 3 days before the wedding when I picked up the dress (there were still dressmaking pins in it where it was to be taken up!).

Due to time constraints the dressmaker refused further alterations and the dress was never finished. Although the dress looked lovely on the outside, I couldn’t walk without tripping and the whole process was very stressful. There was no fault admitted and no apology. We were charged full price. Care advised.
