The food was pretty average but the staff were definitely of a higher standard than the food in my opinion, everyone was delightful to talk to and order. The chips were not what I had expected. Perhaps it was a bad day for them, possibly try them again.

Stumbled across this location the other day, once again the food here is awesome, my only slight criticism, was that the nuggets I ordered here were quite a smaller serving size than the Flinders St station venue

As someone who does not particularly enjoy many meat products, I was suggested Lord Of The Fries by a friend. They provide a full vegetarian menu (with some vegan options available), including burgers, snacks, and as the name suggests - fries! With at least 20 different vegetarian or vegan sauce or topping combinations to choose from.
Whenever I visit Lord of the Fries, my fries are always cooked fresh, and generously topped with my choice of sauces.
While I sometimes hesitate to add a $2 topping to my $3 snack sized small fries, it is definitely great value when ordering larger portions. As the only vegetarian fast food store in Victoria, I can truly say they do their job well - they provide high quality vegetarian food for a typical fast food price - and it always tastes great.

Lord of The Fries is expensive in a way, but once you eat it it's totally worth it. I love the belgian mayo, and had the African, and a hot dog. Very nice, it's cool to see some vegetarian fast food around, especially late at night!

Saved my life one late night/early morning session in the city since it's open during the night. Fast service. Love the vegan options. French canadian sauce (vegan) is the best!

I LOVE this place! To those of you complaining about the price- you get what you pay for! In this case, you get amazing quality and taste. 5 stars!

The chips here are good and they have a great range of original sauces, but I must admit I really like the hotdogs here. Give them a go they are quite tasty. Service could do with a bit of a speed up though.

This place will put sanizzle on your grizzly. It looks like meat, and it kinda taste like meat, but it's....actually I have no idea, but nevertheless it's tasty. And don't worry it's nothing like the book! I'm not actually sure if it is any healthier than McDonald's, but for you vegie nuts out there you don't have to worry about meat products. Oh and it's not really cheap, but still reasonable good value.

I tried the restaurant in Flinders street once. If you are really, really hungry or hungover, go for it, but in my opinion it is not up to fast food standard. The beef patty in the burger was average and the chips tasted refried. I would recommend less grease and more crispness.

On the way home one night I thought I'd stop by here to test out the chips as they appeared to be popular with so many people queuing up! We ordered the fries and the onion rings as a snack and unfortunately these really were not up to standard. The fries and onion rings lacked crispiness and were still laden with too much oil that the packaging ended up with oil around it quite fast. We ended up using extra serviettes to mop up the oil. The serving size for the price was also not much value - we counted about 15 onion rings and at $5.95 that's about 40c a piece! If the onion rings were crispy and tasty (the batter was too oily to really see if there was any flavor) then it probably would have been great value, however on this occasion it was not up to standard.
