I cannot begin to articulate my dissatisfaction with my first and only visit to Lorenz. I had a clear picture of what I wanted when I arrived. I showed the staff a picture of what I wanted upon initial consult, we discussed and agreed on what would occur and the price. Unfortunately, the end result was nothing at all like the picture (colour and cut). I was in the salon for close to six hours in total. I was initially quoted a little over $300. I was charged just under $200. Whilst the staff in the salon were very lovely, the 'product' itself was completely wrong and way off the initial consult. I now have to wait three weeks before I can go to have my hair 'fixed' as my hair has had too much processing at this salon. Now, in hindsight, I wish I had declined to pay for the service apart from the things that didn't go wrong i.e. the shampoo and hair treatment. Lesson learnt.

it was AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! i paid $75 for a trim and they just have an awful customer service and people skills. They hardly cut a thing, i left and had to fix it because it was uneven.

I have been going to Lorenz for 6 years. When I first went there my hair was almost falling out from being over processed. It is now long and blond and is in great condition. There have been staff come and go over the years but I know that each one of them is being constantly monitored to ensure they provide good quality service. If you want to get a cheap haircut go and get one and you can get the cheap look that goes with it. If you want to form a great relationship with your hairdresser so that you can both work towards achieving the best possible look and feel fabulous then go to Lorenz.

Too expensive for the service they provide prices seem to be on the rise with every visit. I have been going there for a year ofrso now spending a lot of my money on services and products, after my last visit i was very disapointed with the attitude of the staff. Time for me to move on to another salon.
