I don't too often take the time to write reviews, but I really had to share my experience at Love & Light Holistic Therapies. My therapist Karlee really stood out as one of the best in the business. As well as effectively treating problems that I had brought to her attention, she also corrected other areas of concern that I hadn't even mentioned, highlighting her level of expertise and skill. She has such a professional yet personal approach, and I felt completely at ease and relaxed in her care. Since I've been to see her, my chronic shoulder pain has greatly reduced, but I plan on visiting frequently just to maintain my results, and because I found the experience so relaxing and rejuvenating. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone who is looking to counter back pain, is seeking stress relief, or just wants to indulge in a bit of self-care. You won't be disappointed!

I have had a lot of massages in my time & I would definitely rate Karlee as one of the best. She seemed to instinctively know where all my sore spots were & applied just the right pressure.Will definitely be my go to whenever I need an ironing out!
