Since holidaying in the US a couple of months ago i have been craving their slow cooked meat and ribs. These guys helped satisfy my needs. Prices are a bit high, I didn't care, just wanted to pig out. Awesome!

Um... Don't get the banquet option.
I counted up the cost of each item individually and it comes to less. They're ripping you off a little there.

Otherwise, the food and service were fantastic. The beef just falls apart at the touch of your fork. The grits is fantastic and the ribs were good. Pulled pork was a bit dry and lacking, so not the best and fried chicken wings are just that. But all in all it was good food.

OMG!!!! We stumbled across this place whilst out and was so happy. Managed to get a seat at the front bar - it was packed! This joint offers melt in your mouth slow cooked marniated meat, soooo gooood. You order your meat by 100grams, so it's 200gm pulled pork at $7 per 100gms = $14. A bit different but at least you get exactly what you want. Must tries are the beef brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork and smoked cheese kransky - my girlfriend loved it. We shared hot wings for an entree which cam out with some delicious blue cheese sauce. Everything was just awesome, portions were generous and staff friendly, they did their best considering how busy it was. They informed us we were lucky with the ribs as they are so popular, they quite often rub out. So if you want to try this place I would suggest you make a booking. Yummo!
