Very impressed by the response I had from the Luggage Direct Manager, with regard to an item bought "in-store" and which I
needed to exchange. As an out-of-town customer it was suggested I order the new item on-line which would expedite delivery, and I was assured I could return the original at my convenience, without any time constraints. My new luggage promptly arrived so I was able to use it for an upcoming journey overseas, where it was "tried and tested" and held up beautifully. The 4 wheel option made for easy handling - so overall it was a very pleasing experience.

I bought one online and one from the shop. Swift delivery when I bought online. Great service when I bought from the shop. All in very good quality, and definitely cheaper than anywhere else. I will come back and buy more.

2 years ago I purchased Samsonite Luggage from Luggage Direct and was amazed at their speedy delivery, price and excellent quality product. Many flights since and the luggage, although slightly scuffed, still looks new. Luggage Direct also supplied and fitted new wheels to a friends Samsonite item that was not purchased from them. That type of service and professionalism has prompted many of my family and friends to purchase from Luggage Direct. Their advertising is smart and clear without gimmicks. Very impressive.

I ordered, I rang to confirm( I'm an old school panic merchant), they took me through my order and confirmed address and gave me an anticipated delivery time that was within 2 hours of this time. Everything was received in good order and the follow up confirms what they had already proven, that they do care about your satisfaction with their product and their service.
