Booking process was efficient. They sent me a lovely nanny with a background in nursing which always helps. My kids adored her. I recommend lullaby nannies as our experience was very positive.

I just got a job with Lullaby, the process was easy and stress free! They also have a weekly babysitting text service which is great when I need extra work. They pay minimum $27p/h, above industry standard. I have been very happy working with this agency.
Contacted this agency very last minute as my nanny that I had myself let me down. Lullaby organised a nanny for me on the same day and she was wonderful with my kids. I now use this service on a regular basis.
Recently went to this agency to get a nanny for my daughter and nieces as I
thought having someone take care of all the paperwork side of having a
nanny seemed very easy and hassle free. Upon meeting the candidates I
was horrified to realise the difference between the amount they quoted me
to what the nanny I was intending on hiring recieved. No holiday pay for
her either. Completely disgusted.

As an employment agency for Nannies, we pay above the standard rates for childcare professionals. If we didn't we would be breaking employment laws. Our family rates start from $34p/h. Our Nannies would receive anywhere from $26-$30 p/h plus super which is an additional $2.60 - $3.00 on top of this hourly rate. I am sorry to hear that you feel these rates are quite low, however they are a lot higher than most childcare professionals are being paid to work within Childcare Centres. We then take care of nanny insurance and public liability insurance for the children which are additional costs.
With regards to Nannies having no holiday pay, we work with our families to negotiate a package for our Nannies so that they do receive paid holidays. Unfortunately, we have found that some parents are unable to afford to pay holiday pay to the Nannies, so please know that this is within the parents hands. However, we do have our Nannies on private contracts whereby if their family takes holidays, our Nannies would still be paid regardless.
