I become a Lumo customer after being approached by a door to door sales person. They promised me better deals and service and have kept their promise.

I was with lumo energy but changed supplier after a door to door salesman convinced me too,i was very unhappy with the change and called lumo back to rejoin,they were very happy to have me back as a customer and treated my account as though i had never left,they then offered me a better discount on my bills and did everything they could to make me happy and keep me as their client.The customer service is fantastic and you speak to someone almost immediately,highly recommended to all.
