This shop is a pleasure to even just window shop as the products are so interesting to look at and smell. They have very unique products and I have always loved buying them
I love this shop much. I always go there when I go to city. Just even looking is fantastic, but using this product is more fantastic.

I went there with Gift Voucher and was told I could return my goods if they weren't what I expected. I went back the following week and exchanged my products. I bought a solid shampoo bar and liquid conditioner, during the exchange I was given more information about the stuff I was buying. The service was excellent.

I love this store! While the fragrances can be overpowering (especially if you're sensitive to smells), it's a beautiful store to visit.
The staff are wonderful and very friendly; they treat you like friends rather than customers, and while they cheerfully show you around, it's not in a way that makes you feel pressured to buy anything. Almost all the products have testers available, and the staff are more than happy to show you how to properly use any of them.
This isn't somewhere to go for cheap as chips beauty care, since 'handmade' tends to mean 'more expensive' to an extent, but the prices are pretty reasonable. I've never had any trouble using their products, and I have relatively sensitive skin. I'd definitely visit again!
I do not like the products in this shop albeit they are hand made. The reason being that they always seem to have a strong scent that I find irritating on my skin. I think it is all the chemical used in there, however it is popular and good for a quick gift.

Excellent service, unbelievable products and knowledgeable fun loving staff!! Go visit, you will love the products. My favorite is the cupcake mask, but there are so many goodies to find. And they are cheap!
