I had quotes from other big retailers and Luxcel was quite modest with the pricing. When I ring up to Luxcel for a free quote, he wasn't that keen to come to my place the earliest possible while other big retailers attempted to book me in within 2 days. I finally chose Luxcel because the factory is right here in Victoria and I was promised the blinds to be installed within 2 weeks and they did.
