Abysmal customer service. They sent me the wrong product and I emailed them. No reply after a few days so I rang. Said they can refund me and I can just keep the item that was sent. I declined and requested they send me what I paid for. They organised return post (I had to lodge at post office due to size of item). Emailed them that day with lodgement receipt. No reply after six days and no answer when I attempted numerous calls. Eventually they called back and admitted they ‘overlooked’ sending out the correct item (after telling me they’d already sent it so I should get it soon) Sent via express post (which still took three more days). Just under a month later and I finally received what I’d paid for but not without the back and forth and inconvenience. Don’t bother with this place. Waste of time.

I have purchased several times from this business and have always found their prices to be fair and the products excellent quality and value. Service has been great and parcels have been received quickly and well packed, delivered by Aus Post. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good range of bedding at fair prices then give this business a go.

Thoroughly recommend Luxe Bedding to anyone wanting good service, fair prices and courtesy. Recently purchased a lambskin baby rug from them for a gift at a baby shower. When it arrived the hide (backing) had a small tear in it. One phone call to Vinod explaining this and a photo sent showing the tear and a replacement one was express posted to me immediately and received within 2 days in time for the occasion AND I was told to keep the original one as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. You could not get better service than that anywhere. Have never struck it with other online traders when there has been a fault in their goods as happens from time to time. It's always an uphill battle to get a replacement or credit and takes weeks. Luxe Bedding will always be my go to online dealer for anything I need in the future. Amazing service, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Recommend them highly.
