Not 1 bit. Tore my nails. Dirty horrible rude discussting one lady stood up and done a goozy and spat it in bin alongside off me.

I would NOT recommend this business. The lady who answered the phone was annoyed with ME because I could not understand her. Very VERY heavy accent that I tried my best to decipher, and very politely I have to add. Just a suggestion: Possibly employ a local to do the phones if it is so annoying to you to answer customer enquiries over the phone. Either that, or have a website customers can go to so they don't have to "bother you". Very simple question: do you do a gel polish and how much? She hung up on me twice. Seriously? You MUST improve this area of your business or you won't last long.

Went in for a pedicure and essentially got a glorified food bath and nail paint. They paid little to no attention to sloughing off dried skin, which is a big part of the pedicure. The nail polish looks like it has been painted on by a 5 year old with no eveness.
When I said that I was not happy with the quality, they said to try some where else.
$30 well wasted. Perhaps they could spend that on cleaning the floor.
Disgraceful.

I was fortunate to be able to walk in and be attended to without having an appointment. The ladies were very nice and attentive. I will definitely be returning as my nails looked fabulous for my big night out with my husband and friends.

I actually really loved the job the ladies did on my nails with shellac. They were friendly and attentive. Gentle on the hands and gave me the correct colour (as expected) with a nice shape. Great price and got to watch Bold and The Beautiful in the background..!

Initially, I was impressed that I managed to get an appointment at such short notice, however I could not understand a single word either one of the ladies said to me. I sat down and the young lady began to file my nails without asking me how I wanted them. So she hacked away at them, some are square, some aren't. Not great.
Then after rushing me into choosing a colour, I chose one, to be told that they'd run out of that colour. So I chose the other colour I liked (by saying the number 23 and pointing to the colour on the chart). After speaking to another customer, she returned to paint my nails with shellac polish. It wasn't until the final coat that I noticed that this colour did not resemble the colour I chose, and it was in fact colour 20. I mentioned this to the lady but I don't think she understood and she just brushed it off and continued with her work. Over all I am happy with the finish of my shellac, especially for the price, however she could have taken more care with filing and I'm a little annoyed that I'm stuck with this ugly dull shade of pink for the next couple weeks.
Overall not a great experience because I couldnt understand the women (I'm sorry if that seems racist) and I didnt get what I asked for.

I've decided to edit this review because I went back a few weeks ago as I needed my nails done for a party. I was disgusted. I had my nails done in black shellac with glitter. It lasted 2 of the 10 days shellac is supposed to last. 6 weeks later and my nails are still recovering. They are ridged and the whites are all lopsided and terrible. Now I can't grow them properly because they are so weak and they break. Also, the girl who did my nails was rude and laughed at me every time she got rough and hurt me and I tensed up. NEVER going back.

Really lovely acrylic nails, very natural looking and fine and well priced for a full set or refills. However, they can make you wait a long time even if you've made an appointment. They let a "walk-in" take my appointment even though I was there and waiting as the woman "urgently" needed her nails done before going on holiday. I wasn't impressed and have decided not to go back.
