We have used Gary Pratt as our builder for the following projects - extensive renovation and restoration of our early Victorian / later Edwardian house in Richmond in 1998, further extension in the 1970's working with our architect's design in 2005, renovation of our 1920's Ormond house in 2008, further renovation and extension of our Ormond house's "art deco style" 2011 and a recent engagement of Luxury Home Constructions to undertake further work as per our architects plans.
We have continued to use Gary as our builder as we have been very happy with his work. He is a hands on builder who is extremely good at interpreting an architect's plans in a practical and cost effective way. Gary will challenge as well as work with an architect to ensure the plans can be built to the required budget. He will make suggestions as to alternatives though will also comply with the architects ideas if that is what we want. We have been most happy with the tradesmen employed by Gary. These have at all times been highly skilled tradesmen, though most importantly have all been great guys who have gone out of their way to ensure a clean and tidy site and have at all times been courteous and friendly, both to us as well as our children and neighbours. The finished product has always been of the highest quality and he is very easy to get along with. We would recommend Gary as a builder to any prospective home renovator or builder.
