I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. They are shocks. I purchased an electric recliner lounge after testing the model in the showroom. Despite my lounge having an obvious construction defect - a metal bar could be felt in the backrest - Lyall Buick could not care less and would not refund or exchange the item. The owner was extremely rude and even when I offered to pay more for a different lounge on display, he didn’t want to know about it. You couldn’t pay me to go back there.

We ordered some furniture for our new unit. We ordered a dining suite, study desk, entertainment unit and coffee table.
Unfortunately my husband realised that the coffee table would be too big so asked to change it for a side table at $100 less.
They replaced it but ( very rudely) refused to refund the $100 or offer store credit. We understand it is not mandatory, however good business should dictate that is just good customer service. The elderly man who works there was very rude about the whole situation, beware, do not engage with this store at Kotara!!!!!!!!

Recently purchased furniture from Lyall Buick Furniture and found the whole experience to be rather positive. Staff were friendly and helpful however the pricing left something to be desired.

These guys have a really good range of different furniture, at a range of different prices. The staff were attentive and helpful without being overbearing during the sales process, and but unfortunately their service during the wait for the furniture has been lacking. It would be nice to have some of their furniture on their website also.

We bought furniture from Lyall Buick Furniture, have no complaints about the quality, just the after sales service and administration. We never received our bar stools, as they had been missed on the order (ordered 6 months previously) and we would have had to wait another four months for the next delivery, so we cancelled them. The refund did not include the 1.5% credit card surcharge they had charged us on the payment originally. We had trouble putting a glass coffee table together (even the delivery guys who should have done it were stumped!) We rang them a number of times for assistance, they treated us like dummies. One of our recliners is difficult to work, so we have asked them to send someone to look at it, once again we felt like dummies for even phoning them with the problem. They said they will send someone as soon as they can to have a look at it. We are very happy with the quality of our furniture but feel that once everything has been delivered, they really couldn't care less.
