This clinic is 10/10. Never have I ever been more satisfied with the service. Firstly Dr Gerges is amazing. He will always get to the point and help whatever needs to be addressed. He will always go above and beyond for you and alway make you feel a sense os security. I have been seeing him for the last 1 year and i'll never change Doctors. He is genuine and a very kind person.

The staff at reception are also so lovely. In particular Kiren and Jasmine who were so respectful and kind. Jasmine physically went to another clinic to pick up the records for me which really helped me. I am so grateful for seeing this clinic and I cannot recommend enough.

I would not, only go there because it's close. I've experienced having to wait in the waiting room while having a broken hand only to be told by nasty woman there were other's waiting before me. During Covid 19 l apparently opened Doctors door abruptly and l was horribly treated. Not comfortable there at all anymore and l don't feel listened to.

This is a warning to everyone who is deciding to go to the clinic firstly the receptionist one word rude no manners second I booked an appointment came in 10 minutes early waited then when it was the appointment time had to wait45 more minutes after that I walked in the room to meet the rudest doctor, dr lee I’m sorry but she is not a doctor I told her what was wrong with me and she said Panadol I then the next day went to Cranbourne way better service and they gave me proper medication, this clinic needs to hire proper doctors

The doctor blatantly ignored me and talked over the top of me - I tolerated this because he seemed to be willing to prescribe medication for my partner during our consultation. He actually prescribed the exact same medication that my partner told him he was already on and wasn't helping him.. one of which is just over the counter. We didn't realise this until we got to the chemist. They ordered me an 'urgent' blood test, which I had done at this medical centre and one out of 6 attempts to do the blood tests seemed to have damaged the nerves in my arm and causes my hand to seize up. I had to go to hospital about my hands seizing up because I was worried this had also caused a blood clot, the bruising was horrific. I also sustained bruising from the blood pressure machine when the doctor turned it on and then left the room while it was going, it was extremely painful. I will never go here again.

I decided to go here as it is closer to home than my previous doctor as I moved recently. Waited at the desk as there was no receptionist there at the time I arrived. When the phone rang, she ran to grab it and still I stood there. When I was finally acknowledged, the service was fine. Have been a couple of times since and found the reception staff always busy with something else. I now go somewhere else and receive great service.

Been a patient here since they opened, they have always been professional. Had high quality of doctors. Nurses for blood tests hav Ben well trained.

It is not where my family doctor practices, but I have gone to see another doctor here a couple of times as they are conveniently open until 11pm everyday.
Recently I went due to a problem ankle and I was sent to get an x-ray at a clinic in Hampton Park immediately. The doctor said that once I have my X-ray to just come back and he would see me straight away. I didn't need to book another appointment and he saw me straight after he was done with his current patient.
It is a very friendly medical centre and very thorough in helping you to the best of their abilities.

Love the medical centre in Lynbrook Village. The atmosphere is really nice, always clean and really nice colours. Their database is very good as well.
