Met up for dinner with family and I had never even heard of this place. It's cute and staff are friendly and quick on their feet.
My brother and his wife were running late and we had told the wait staff already, but they were still pushy about making us order.
The meals are decent portion sizes and delicious, everyone finished their plates. My boyfriend can't eat pork, so it was a shame when he ordered some meatballs as an entree to find they were made of pork. The menu doesn't say what meat various things are made of (including their burger), so be sure to ask before ordering.
It's a small cafe-esque restaurant, so if you're planning a for a large group lunch/dinner at busy times be sure to book.

Approximate cost: $20-30

It is not where my family doctor practices, but I have gone to see another doctor here a couple of times as they are conveniently open until 11pm everyday.
Recently I went due to a problem ankle and I was sent to get an x-ray at a clinic in Hampton Park immediately. The doctor said that once I have my X-ray to just come back and he would see me straight away. I didn't need to book another appointment and he saw me straight after he was done with his current patient.
It is a very friendly medical centre and very thorough in helping you to the best of their abilities.

This review is for The Coffee Club, Camberwell VIC

The Coffee Club is always the "go to" place when friends are running late and the rest of us need a place to wait before a movie or other plans. I've never had any problems with waiting for my order, order mistakes or wait staff.
Their all-day breakfast is also very nice and great for when you wake up a bit late on a Sunday morning after a big night before.
The upstairs couches or alfresco seating make for a great scene to just sit, talk and drink coffee (or tea) all day!

I've been here several times and it's been great each time. I'm not a huge sweet tooth, so I tend to share whatever I order. The waffle with strawberries and ice-cream drizzled with chocolate is a great dish to share. I've had the chocolate covered strawberries, (and you would think that you can't go wrong with chocolate covered strawberries) but I bit into a half rotten strawberry. I'm not sure how they missed that one, but the other ones were fine.
On my last visit I ordered the ice-tea, and it was too sweet and too strong for my liking. So stick to ordering what they do best... the chocolate.
It is a nice place if you want to treat yourself to something naughty every now and then.

My partner and I met up with friends here the other night. Our friends smoke so we sat outside. We didn't mind the coldness, but the waiter sat us right near the edge of the covered area where the seats were wet from the rain. When we moved to another table, another waiter came and told us off and rudely said "Next time you want to move you need to tell us". The night was already off to a bad start, but we gave them a second chance.

The menu is limited, and apart from the wedges that we had to share, our meals weren't that great. I ordered the chicken linguine which was swimming in too much soy sauce and the chicken pieces were tiny. From what I gathered from my friend the pizza was ok, but nothing special. When we ordered a second round of drinks, they were forgotten and never arrived. When we asked the waitress where our drinks were she just said "Oh" and walked off. It seemed she had forgotten to put it through and only put it through since we reminded her.

A positive to the night was the Wild berry cheesecake served with whipped cream and/or ice cream.

I probably won't go there again.

My friends and I tried this place and we ordered a bunch of dishes to share. The food was very nice, especially their tempura prawns, but the grilled salmon was a bit dry and overcooked.
We did feel rushed to order, but once the wait staff new we were the type to sit their all night and not budge, they didn't push as much.
The atmosphere is ok, but if you're a loud group that like to laugh out really loud, expect the more pretentious patrons to stare (as there were quite a few of them).
Also a tip: make sure you make clear what you're ordering to the wait staff, as there were a few order stuff ups. Nothing major, but quickly fixed.

Approximate cost: $20-30

Their gelati and desserts are the best! I always want to sneak in a waffle cone of gelati into the cinemas upstairs instead of buying cinema choc-tops :) They are very generous with the amount they give you in one scoop.

This review is for IKEA, Springvale VIC

I love the concept of the IKEA stores and hated having to drive out to Richmond all the time. Springvale also has plenty of parking space and you don't have to pay for it. Going through the massive store can be daunting but there is plenty of staff around every corner.
Only complaint is the mothers clubs that get in the way with their prams all in groups. I was shopping with a friend who was furnishing her new house so we were there quite a lot and noticed the traffic of mothers clubs on the morning of weekdays. Not a complaint of the company itself though.

I use the gym here and although it's not state of the art it has what you need. The gym is staffed with trainers that go through basics with you when you first join. The pricing is pretty good considering you get use of the pool, sauna/spa and gym when you get membership and you can also use the same services at the Casey Arc in Narre Warren.

This review is for Sky High, Mount Dandenong VIC

My sister booked the reception area at the top of Sky High for her wedding. The views were absolutely beautiful and with the park to add there was plenty of opportunity for great photos.
The organisers had also won Wedding Industry awards which showed in the flawless night. There were no hiccups and the bridal party were waited on hand and foot.
The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good on the night of the wedding as it was when we had a tasting a few weeks prior. Our guests were generally pleased though.
The only complaint is that for a wedding function of 150 guests there wasn't enough parking close to the entrance of the reception, which left some of the guests having to walk uphill to the reception in not so comfy dress shoes and high-heels.
