I was very disappointed when i went to my appointment at this establishment.. yes i was 10 mins late ,which i apologized for... i was rudely welcomed and rushed in... i do understand that this did cause them some grieve but in my defense i was held up by road works... i didn't appreciate being spoken to like i was 10 years old... i certainly don't feel anyone who is paying a high price for a service should be treated in that manner so i certainly wouldn't recommend or use this salon again.. the treatment was not worth the high price i paid for either... where is the customer service these days ???
