Maybe management has changed, but my experience was not so great. I explained what I was after, very simple really, just a next massage. I was shown to my room and then asked again what I was wanting, she then left me for 10 minutes and someone else returned once again asking what service I was after. Surely it isn't that difficult. Certainly a lack of communication between staff. However, my massage was wonderful.

It was coming up to Mother's Day and my husband needed to do some present shopping so he suggest I get a massage while I wait for him, what a fabulous idea. As usual, i loved it, so gentle, so relaxing i almost fell asleep. If you are feeling uptight, stressed or just in need of some me time, then this is certainly the place to go.

really happy with all the staff and professionals on board. I go often. Time to change the music though :)

Worst massage ever! I originally spoke with a older chinese gentleman about the specialized services he provided. I asked if he could perform them now, and he said yes. After sitting down I was shown to a room by a young Australian female. As I lay there waiting for the man to appear, the young girl returned asking me want kind of massage I wanted. I said I asked the gentleman to do the special for sciatic pain, but make it an hour instead of 45min.
She then returned started to adjust my towels and asked if I wanted a remedial oil massage? Again I went through what I wanted not realizing she was the going to do it. I should have stopped there. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt which was a waste of $70. She was young, inexperienced , it was extremely painful though I mentioned my pinch nerve.
Upon existing the young Chinese girl at the counter confirmed I had an hour and asked for payment. She offered me a loyality card. I declined and said I wouldn't be back as it was the worst massage ever. She said she was sorry and that it would be $70. Now in tears I sat down to collect myself and my young Australian masseuse returned on her phone. She couldnt wait to get on after finishing with me. She walked pass in her jeans, untied shoes without a simple good bye or thank you. The Chinese gentleman appeared again. I expressed my dissapopintment with him as I thought he was going to look after me. Oh no, you need to book me. Well he never said that to me. He never said I can't do it now, but this young Australian trainee I have sitting here on her Facebook could do it. I said I was hoping for him as I was wanting to discuss other things like cupping and pain relief. I just didn't come in for your standard rub. When I come to a Chinese massage place I expect a Chinese massage. He offered no compensation. Nor did he suggest I make an appointment to see him where he could look after me. Or at least give me a treatment discounted so I could put my faith back in them. Nothing. Just a blank look of, you've paid and that's it. Do not go here they don't care!

I have been here several times now as it is just wonderful, so relaxing, you are just taken away. My husband suggested I go here for my recent birthday as part of one of my many gifts, I was very happy to do so.

Fortunately I picked a day when they were not so busy and I only had to wait about 5 minutes. These guys really know there stuff, it was once again fabulous. As you can see by my previous reviews, I really love this place.

I have been here a few times now, my latest being around mother's day as my husband suggested I go and have a relaxing massage.

I was lucky I was able to walk in without a booking. I found the whole experience just wonderful. There is gentle music playing in the background, so calming, relaxing. I almost feel asleep.

The staff are always friendly and I am looking forward to my next visit. Prices are very reasonable starting from $5.

Feeling stressed, uptight - then this is the place to go. You will de-stress and feel relaxed. This is such a lovely place to for a massage, they do acupuncture, remedial massage (you can receive a Health Fund Rebate). They have luxurious Packages starting from $30. Traditional massages start from $5 (Neck Massage) and go up to $70 (1hour). They are so gentle with you, I had the Neck and Shoulders Massage ($20) well worth it. Left me wanting more. The music they play is relaxing and the incense takes you away. The staff are lovely friendly people and make you feel really comfortable. They always seem to be busy, but if you are lucky (like I was) you can walk in and maybe see someone straight away. Such a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend them.
