I bought a macbook pro in July 2012. About 6 months later, I started having problems, so I took it to mac1 Wollongong for service, as I had the extended AppleCare warranty. Their technician replaced the logic board, and I got it back within a week. Shortly after I got it back, the same problem appeared. So I took it back to the store. It was there for about a week and a half when I got a call from the technician saying they couldn't get the problem to happen instore, so I would have to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, the customer service guy at the desk turned the laptop on before giving it to me, and a completely different problem presented itself, so I had to leave it there. At this point I was getting very frustrated, but there was nothing I could do. About a week later, I got a call from the technician, he has replaced the logic board again, but the laptop wasn't even turning on. He advised me to call Apple support to see if I could get a replacement. He even went through and told me what I should say to them to help the process. It was absolutely brilliant. I obviously got a lemon and Apple have decided to replace my old laptop with a new one. I am very happy with the service I received.

Went in this store to enquire about my iPhone. iTunes apps. The staff gave me a number to call after he couldn't solve it. Great service. Didn't expect that extra mile. Felt great when I walk away.
