Our preliminary design and tender services are charged at a set fee and once the scope is confirmed, we provide a detailed fixedprice contract for construction. This ensures transparency, no surprises and complete clarity around costs. We do not charge hourly rates for building work.

Are you a member of any professional / industry associations?

Yes. Macan Group is a licensed and insured builder in NSW and operates in line with all industry standards and regulatory requirements. We work closely with accredited designers, engineers and certifiers to ensure every project meets Australian Building Codes and bestpractice construction guidelines.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

What I love most is the craftsmanship and the relationships. Every project is unique and I enjoy working closely with clients to create homes that feel personal, thoughtful and beautifully built. Watching a design evolve into a finished home and seeing the clients reaction is the best part of what I do.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Our payment terms follow the standard NSW building contract structure. The design and tender stages are charged as a fixed fee, payable upfront. For construction, payments are made in progress stages, aligned with the work completed.
