They explained what needed doing, AND KEPT TO THAT QUOTE. They phoned me to advise they had investigated the specific problem I was having (that required repair), BEFORE proceeding with further works to discuss cost and urgency of repair. 1 month later and my car is still running 10times better than when I took it in.
