FANTASTIC MECHANIC. Needing some extensive service work on my car, I shopped around for detailed pricing. Someone suggested I try Mach Automotive. VERY competitive pricing. They explained what needed doing, AND KEPT TO THAT QUOTE. They phoned me to advise they had investigated the specific problem I was having (that required repair), BEFORE proceeding with further works to discuss cost and urgency of repair. 1 month later and my car is still running 10times better than when I took it in.

EXCELLENT service at this store. The staff & management are always friendly and happy to help, to the point they drop what they are doing to direct you to where you will find what you are looking for.

Excellent Customer Service! I unfortunately had an issue with an order I received. They took responsibility (even though I may have ordered wrong), were friendly and efficient in fixing my problem, and didnt make me feel like an idiot. Excellent response from staff and management. For a franchise type shop, These guys are a head above the rest.

Nice Staff, food was excellent. Was in and eating main course within 30mins (relaxed, but didn't have to wait an hour to get our mains). No pushy add ons to meal.
