Best Japanese place, It is expensive but it's an amazing experience. We've been a few times and taken our friends, we went as a group and shared a bunch of things, the scallops were number one as well as the miso eggplant and beef tataki and any tataki really. YUM YUM YUM
Approximate cost: $exy
A reasonably priced mid-range japanese restaurant, where food & service are both sharp. The menu offers variety, from sashimi, to japanese tapas, to grilled plates & mains, to bentos, to salads. The setting is casual but nice. Good for a nice but not too expensive evening out.
This is quite an expensive Japanese restaurant. The food is very good but at times the sauces are too sweet. We had the famed lamb and I must say it was soft and delicious. I also liked the agedashi tofu. The barramundi was good too but a very small piece is $27. It is only open for dinner, which is a pity, but as long as you are happy to spend a bit more you will probably enjoy the food and experience.
I've been here a couple of times and never been disappointed. But, it seems to get better and better. Had the unagi and spider crab sushi - it was divine, and seaweed salad made to perfection. Staff are delightful and service attentive. Good value, I'll definitely be back.
