I have purchased a Fitness Tracker (Misfit Shine 2) with them, which after only a couple of month stopped working (still within warranty time). They refuse to answer my several (!) emails and calls! I've never experienced anything like this and would NEVER buy from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
