We are really happy with our sliding gate and the idea the gentlemen came up with to provide a step up feature on the gate so that it replicates the rest of the fence. Only disappointing thing was that a protective piece of the motor came off within a few weeks of installation. Sent multiple messages to have this repaired but unfortunately we were never responded too. I now worry that it is only a matter of time until the motor stops working and we have already noticed that it has slowed down and appears to struggle a bit to move the gate. Suspect it was simply of matter of once we have paid for the gate their focus them moved to other customers.
