Rude and ignorant waitresses, deserve to be fired.

An absolutely beautiful place for brunch/lunch during the summer as you can sit outdoors and there is a beautiful view of the park. The brunch items are pretty standard in terms of selection and pricing.

Great view and location, the food was even pretty good, minimal wait time, unfortunately the staff are terribly rude. There was an error with our bill at the end, my son had ordered off the kids menu (pancakes and milkshake) and was charged for a adult milkshake. When I queried this with the staff member, words were said by the wait staff to myself and all customers within ear shot were disgusted, I was shocked that anyone could behave this way and still have a job in the service industry. Sorry but I won't be there again.

Approximate cost: $20

This is the only place in Jells Park where you can get something to eat. Sometimes the prices are a bit expensive. The service can take a long time but it is great looking out into the parklands.s

I have been here a few times as it is the only cafe in jells park. They have quite a variety and a restaurant too. I think the food is tasty and they have many flavours of ice-cream! It can take a while to receive your order

Have been to this cafe quite a few times as nowhere else to go if you are riding the the bike trails around Jells Park. The definite plus for this cafe is the wonderful surroundings of Jells Park itself. The main issue I have is the service. At best it is ok at it's worst it's not very good. On a recent visit we were told that we could not sit at the same table (there was only 5 of us) as it was a health and safety issue. Managed to convince them that it would be ok if we all squashed up so we did not block any pathway.

Totally agree. My experience is the same. It is like they are the only shop in town so dont really have to try to hard.

Very nice place to walk to on a Sunday for brunch. Lovely poached eggs on rye toast with smoked salmon, spinach & mushrooms. Have been there for afternoon tea which is nice too.

I always have mixed feelings about this cafe, at times the food is delicious and fresh and other times I find it to be bland and below average. I almost always go for the scones since I've never had an issues with them in the past and they're always fresh! Menu isn't vast but the coffee and view somewhat compensates.
