Wouldn't recommend to anyone, i booked this appointment for myself and my partner for his birthday, called them to make sure before i purchased the voucher online. I confirmed twice.. once by phone and another by text the day and time of massage.
We have the appointment at 4 today and they send me a message at 1 saying..."excuse me, when is your reservation?"

they said they couldnt do it as the masseur has to do something temporarily today.
my mind is blown, what a unprofessional service. not to mention they ruined the day I had planned for my partner.

There was a little confusion around the time of my appointment but once that was sorted the actual massage was AMAZING ! Lisa had the best pressure and we absolutely will be back after what I would consider one of the best massages I've ever had !

The masseuse is very experienced, gives me a good treatment for the sore spots all over my body and makes me feel energetic.

I was getting good service from Wendy and she was NOT pushy to sell me too many minutes. She was flexible to do cupping and came back to me to do massage after funishing massage.
