Car wash and polish completed in under half an hour. Top on my ute was not cleaned, mud guards not cleaned, under back tray was not even touched, still dusty and dirty. The car wash is in a dark area in the under cover parking so you really can not see the true job till you leave the carpark area. Disappointed for money i paid.

My car was booked in for their "Superior Service". It was poorly washed, spots and patches missed. Watermarks left on windows (I was told if I wanted a spot free finish I would have to buy special stuff to do that from an auto store and that it was very expensive.) Mirrors not cleaned. Cobwebs still present on wiper blades. They didn't vacuum properly or under the mats. Didn't clean boot area even though cleared. Refuse to offer refund after being back twice for them to fix the problem areas. Problem areas were never fixed. I wasted hours going back and waiting for nothing. I then wasted two more hours having to do the job I had paid $69.00 for.

I have had my car washed here twice now. The first time I was a bit disappointed as there were still lots of water marks and it wasn't ready when they said it would be. I decided to try them again, and I was much happier with the results. It's great - you can just leave your car when you go shopping. The price is good - $19 for outside of car. I pay up to $14 going through a normal car wash. There are many more services that they offer for the car, which I will probably use. They also offer a buy 4 and get one for free, which then works out at $15. Staff are friendly
