Jeff, sorry about this late review, I totally forgot! Anyway, JEFF is AWESOME. I got rear ended, and the fella wouldnt pay his excess, so my car was stuck at a garage for 3 months! One day I found Magic Touch on WOMOW, called Jeff, and all he said was "Im pretty sure I can help you, just come over" 1 Month later, my cars all fixed and on the road again! top Paint work too!! Jeff is one awesome fella, and made me feel at ease by taking all these insurance hassle from me, and provided me with a car as well! Ive never been so satisfied with a garage. CHEERS JEFF!

Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. I simply dropped my car off and let Jeff deal with the rest, the car was assessed and ended up being a write off. Jeff housed my vehicle in his shop for 2 weeks while we waited for the assessment to be made. I would highly recommend Magic Touch, Jeff's honesty made me feel comfortable with any decisions he made.

A little delay waiting for arranging a courtesy car for me before I can send in my car for the repair. Done a good repair job with all insurance paperwork explained and settled for me. Service level was the best that I experienced since coming to Australia 4 years ago. Many others only provide lid service but Jeff stick and delivered to what he promised. Keep up the good work!!!

friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me ie picked up and dropped off which took the hassel out for me. the end result was exceptional- quality workmanship and they went beyond what was asked of them ie buffed my whole car and even cleaned inside where it wasn;t affected. took care of talking to the the insurance people. definitely a customer for life.

Jeff and his team were fantastic again, They completed the repair on time and with the minimum of fuss. The loan car was also well looked after, so we didn't miss our car that much.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Had both of my cars fixed by Jeff, and completely happy each time. He did the dealing with both insurance companies, and delivered on time, perfect repairs and detailing. You could see how proud he was of his work - he is a perfectionist - at no extra cost.

I have had a Ford GT Capri 1970 model Fully restored from bare metal. The paint work is a pearl Mica metallic which is now approximately 15 years old. Besides the the wear & tear of road use, the paint work is still in show condition without any floors.
I have won numerous awards in the past & I'm sure many more will follow.

I scratched my car and didn't have a clue what was going on, I searched the net and found these reviews, decided to pop in and see if Jeff could give me some help, and yes it's true Jeff is just so nice and helpful, giving me detail on anything that was done to my car, he went through the hassle of going and replacing my faulty sensor which was outside of job he needed to do.

This is the 2nd time I have used MAGIC TOUCH After having my Car hit in the rear while Parked and not in the car. We were walking away when we notice this Car reversing out from a car space opposite we turned away to continue when we heard a bang. I went to Magic Touch and I was Greeted with a Handshake and was looked after from then on when a car was available I was supplied with for as long as it took to repair the Car .
