Sadly one of the newer ladies at reception is very very rude. Mistakes keep being made with appointments, GP constantly hurrying to get through the appointment and onto the next patient. They just don't seem like they want to be there... People come here needing help. I had some bad experiences recently so did some digging. I noticed some recent negative reviews on google, and one doctor in particular seems to respond to some of them in a very aggressive, defensive way... instead of being empathetic about their experiences. He doesn't seem to realise it makes him look worse, but I don't want to deal with his response so I've come here instead. Sometimes he shares inappropriate information about the person leaving the review. That's a huge red flag!!

Since not being able to afford to go to my usual Dr, this is the first place I go to for myself and my 4 children. They have very thorough Doctors who are friendly and helpful. The office staff are friendly, and being right there at the chemist which is also a discount chemist, it's extremely convenient when you have taken sick kids out!!

I saw an ad for a Bulk Billing GP Clinic in Lilydale in the local paper and thought that I would give them a try. I'm so glad that I did, the staff and GPs were really helpful. The Dr I saw took the time to go through everything with me, she was so thorough. The clinic is located in a Pharmacy so I didn't have to drive around looking for a pharmacy when I felt horrible. It was just so good not having to do more then go to the clinic and then go home. I can't believe there is such a good service for FREE!!! I will definitely be going there again in the future.

Great bulk billing GP practice - the doctors I have seen are all highly skilled, patient and thorough. They have pathology on site too which is very handy and are located in a chemist which is handier still! Highly recommended.
