A local neighborhood favourite with the tart flame entree (think wafer thin pastry crust with delightful toppings..who knew french/german pizza was so good!) Fish of the day (cooked in a paper bag) is succulent

Enjoyed a mid-week lunch here recently with a couple of friends on a sunny Sydney day. The food was excellent and very generous for some dishes, with the Salmon baguette enough for 2. Good coffee and friendly service topped off a very pleasant meal.

I had read a lot about this restaurant and went there last Saturday. We were both really impressed and thank goodness we have found an excellent restaurant on the north shore as they are definitely lacking, especially further up the Pacific Highway where we live. We arrived quite late after the movies so only ordered mains. My partner had the duck which was fantastic, not dry, not fatty, cooked to perfection with red cabbage and potato style dumplings.
