I recently fell ill and had to find a new doctor as the surgery had closed down where my previous doctor resided. I rang the surgery to make an appointment and was impressed straight away. The receptionist asked me if I'd prefer a woman doctor and also explained the cost, and what the rebate from Medicare would be. On arriving I found the surgery to be warm and inviting, with simple decor and comfortable couches to sit on in the waiting room. After a short wait I got to see a lovely doctor who took the time to look at my medical history, and showed great empathy for my medical problem. I was in her office for 40 minutes and felt she genuinely wanted to help me. This place is a standout!

I have been taking my family to Majellan Medical Centre for approx. 6 years. I have always been very happy with the care given to my family and myself by the doctors and nurses at this centre. Besides some long waits at certain times, the service is great, with the staff at reception always happy to help.
