We built through Majestic in 2015. We were happy during the construction however just prior to handover discovered that our pool was constructed 2m2 smaller than contracted (determined by an independent inspected referred to us by QBCC). When we raised this issue with Majestic, we were unable to get any response despite several phone calls, emails and letters. Despite having paid approximately $700 for SPASA insurance, SPASA CEO offered no assistance and referred us to QBCC. QBCC dispute resolution was unsuccessful and we proceeded to QCAT. Since lodging our application to QCAT we have received bullying, derogatory, harassing emails and calls from [redacted due to personal identifier]!! Currently going through QCAT process and have discovered that [redacted due to personal identifier] is very experienced here and is making it as drawn out and expensive for us as possible. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND Majestic Pools and Landscapes Pty Ltd. I hope this review saves one person the stress of dealing with this company. I suspect this is frequent practice for this company and I encourage others to share their experiences also.
