Not at all. I made an appointment to get my dog's anal glands cleaned. I was advised it will costs $31. I was charged $120. I didn't ask for a consultation. This will be the last time I take my dogs to this vet. Daylight robbery.

They provide a good service but be careful with your bill as last week I was charged for two services which they did not provide. They tried to get a urine sample from our dog but could not get one and gave me a container to collect a sample. When I looked at the bill I noticed I had been charged for it. They also charged for a Lab Urine Dipstick and SG In House, but without a sample they could not do that. However, they did reimburse the money when I went back and spoke to them.

Dropped in after reading the previous reviews and was not disapointed. The residing vet was lovely and my dog who is usually nervous at visits stayed cool calm and collected.

My dog has a lump on her back which has increased in size over the last few weeks. I rang on Sat and had an appt made for Mon morning. They were extremely friendly and caring over the phone, as we lost a dog a few years ago with cancer and I was extremely worried. When I took my dog to her appt, they were on time and very caring. She has a skin infection and gave her an antibiotic injection, medication and special dog wash. Extremely caring, and my dog loves (which is unusual for any dog!!) going there.

Great service and caring vets. Got my dog to get a vaccination and we spent 10 minutes just talking about concerns or questions i had about my dog before getting to the actual vaccination. I definitely recommend this vet.

I have been taking my dog there now for a period of 2 years. Very professional and friendly staff and will give any advice you need. They have all the worming tablets, etc needed.

After trying 2 other vets found one that was not scared of our dog, and he loved the young vet. Very helpful and knowledgeable, didin't try to push anything that we didin't need. Love the place

They have been very good. They always manage to fit me in. They are good with their prices. I had to get my dog some drops for his ear and they did a free check up with him to see how he was going. Very nice people
